Ambassador Chatardová visited British war veterans at Royal Chelsea Hospital

On Monday 8 January, Ambassador Marie Chatardová visited British war veterans at the Royal Chelsea Hospital at the invitation of its Governor, General Sir Adrian John Bradshaw KCB OBE DL.

Ambassador visited the historic premises and held a debate with the war veterans. Founded in 1682 by King Charles II, the hospital serves as a retirement home for around 300 British military veterans. Many of them served in wartime conflicts such as the Second World War, the Korean War and the Falklands War.
