Dneska se v Dánsku peče Brunsviger – tedy hlavně na ostrově Fyn, odkud tato nadýchaná buchta přelitá hnědou cukrovou polevou s máslem pochází. Často se podává na dánských narozeninových oslavách, a to ve tvaru postavičky, která je navíc ozdobená spoustou cukrovinek a 
vlajek. Mimo Dánsko se moc nepeče, ale my jsme si Brunsviger na ambasádě samozřejmě dneska udělali!

The brunsviger cake is often served at Danish birthday parties where it is shaped as a human and covered with candy and flags. They are not very popular outside of Denmark but we made our own at the embassy today!
