The main speaker was the President of the Czech Republic Peter Pavel, who said that from this place he calls on us not to abandon our joint efforts to defeat Russia in Ukraine and thus reject the disregard of international law that we are witnessing. Nazis deported 155.000 Jews from all over Europe to the Terezin transition camp. It is estimated that around 35.000 died in Terezin due to hunger, stress and bad conditions, and most of them died in death camps where they were deported from Terezin.
