The UN Charter is clear: any annexation of a territory from one state to another by threat or violence is a violation of the UN Charter and international law.
Let’s remember the preamble of the UN Charter today:

WE DECIDED TO JOIN OUR EFFORTS TO ACHIEVE THESE GOALS. Therefore, our governments, through their representatives, who assembled in San Francisco and submitted their powers, seen in good and due form, agreed upon this Charter of the United Nations and hereby establish an international invitation well the united nations. “
Sweden fully supports the United Nations and calls for compliance with the Charter, as committed by the states.
