Ester Ledecká ahead of the new season: Again at least a little bit I want to improve.

Ester Ledecky had returned from a snowboard camp on Passo Stelviu a few hours earlier. Before that, she had been skiing in corralco ski resort, Chile, for four weeks in September. She touched up her new snowboards and skis, worked on strength and speed during her conditioning session in the summer, and is now looking forward to the racing season.”This year has been crazy in many ways. When I think about all the workouts I’ve done, it seems to me that it’s quite enough for one person and we’re only in the middle of October. At the beginning of the year I jumped into the final slot in snowboarding and continued my demanding rehabilitation in Prague, London, Austria and Germany. In the process, I wrote my thesis, graduated with a master’s degree, and graduated a few weeks ago. I started my own boutique, sports marketing agency, donated to my endowment fund, which helps retired athletes, and in the meantime fulfilled my contractual obligations to commercial partners to secure funding for the operation of my amazing ski and snowboard team.»
Ester Ledecká could not have asked for a better return to the slopes after a complicated injury in last summer’s preparation. She finished last year’s snowboard season with the winning race and followed up her spring ski training camp seamlessly, during which she tested her material for the coming winter. She had completed her fitness training in Greece and was already spending the early autumn on skis.
As in previous seasons, Ester Ledecká will continue to combine snowboard with skis.
Ester Ledecká has expanded her sponsorship portfolio to include global brands such as Bogner, Delsey and
Khiel’s.

Ledecka became a corporate rider of austrian ski brand Kästle last year and extended her contract with by the German company F2, which manufactures snowboards.
The team’s makeup barely changed. The ski coach continues to be Franz Gamper and Tomas Bank,
Ski and snowboard service is handled by Mathis Guntram, aka Tschunti, and snowboard coach
remains Justin Reiter. “I have two new physiotherapists Jakub Wrona and Ladislav Polek, Michal
Lešák remains in the position of “body” in the Austrian reserve. My new manager became Erika
Alchus, who I’ve been working with since 2019.» And what plans does Esther have for the upcoming season?
Just like every season before, I want to get at least a little bit better again.
