International Charity Market 2025 v Praze – Festival diplomacie, kultury a solidarity

V neděli 16. listopadu 2025 se Praha opět stala dějištěm jednoho z nejtradičnějších a nejoblíbenějších společenských setkání – International Charity Market, pořádaného Diplomatic Spouses Association Prague (DSA Prague). Akce, pevně zakotvená v diplomatickém kalendáři, se tradičně konala v prostorách hotelu Hilton Prague, který poskytl ideální zázemí pro celodenní mezinárodní setkání.

Na trhu se účastnilo mnoho velvyslanectví, která představila výrobky pocházející z jejich zemí – většinou darované firmami z domovských států. Tyto produkty, sahající od tradičních potravin a řemesel až po knihy, dekorace a originální suvenýry, byly následně prodávány ve prospěch charitativních organizací. Celý výtěžek byl jako každý rok věnován dobročinným projektům v České republice, zejména těm, které pomáhají znevýhodněným dětem, seniorům nebo zdravotně postiženým osobám.

Důležitým momentem letošního ročníku byla účast patronky akce, paní Evy Pavlové, manželky prezidenta České republiky. Ve svém projevu ocenila dlouhodobé humanitární aktivity DSA Prague a zdůraznila význam mezinárodní solidarity v současném světě plném výzev. Přítomnost první dámy dodala akci slavnostní charakter a přilákala značnou pozornost médií i veřejnosti.

Součástí bohatého programu byly také kulturní prezentace jednotlivých zemí. O svůj prostor se podělily taneční soubory, hudební vystoupení, folklorní ukázky i moderní interpretace. Návštěvníci tak měli příležitost symbolicky „procestovat svět“ během jediného dne.

International Charity Market 2025 byl opět důkazem toho, že Praha je místem, kde se diplomacie, kultura a solidarita propojují v jedinečnou a inspirující událost. Díky úsilí diplomatických komunit, dobrovolníků a návštěvníků se podařilo vybrat významné finanční prostředky, které pomohou lidem v nouzi a podpoří důležitou charitativní činnost v České republice.

International Charity Market 2025 in Prague – A Celebration of Diplomacy, Culture, and Solidarity

On Sunday, 16 November 2025, Prague once again hosted one of its most traditional and beloved international events: the International Charity Market organized by the Diplomatic Spouses Association Prague (DSA Prague). Held, as in previous years, at the Hilton Prague Hotel, the venue offered the perfect setting for a day filled with global diversity, cultural exchange, and philanthropic spirit.

Numerous embassies participated, presenting products donated by companies from their respective countries. These items – ranging from traditional foods and handicrafts to books, decorations, and unique souvenirs – were sold with the entire proceeds dedicated to charitable causes in the Czech Republic. Each year, the market supports projects assisting disadvantaged children, seniors, and people with health-related challenges.

A highlight of this year’s edition was the presence of the event’s patron, Mrs. Eva Pavlová, the wife of the President of the Czech Republic. In her address, she praised the long-standing humanitarian work of DSA Prague and emphasized the importance of international solidarity in a world facing global challenges. Her participation added significance to the event and drew increased public and media attention.

The market also featured a rich cultural program, showcasing artistic performances by communities from around the world. Traditional dances, musical shows, folklore ensembles, and contemporary performances allowed visitors to experience a symbolic journey across continents within a single afternoon.

The International Charity Market 2025 once again demonstrated that Prague is a place where diplomacy, culture, and human compassion come together. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of diplomatic missions, volunteers, and visitors, significant funds were raised to support charitable activities throughout the Czech Republic and improve the lives of those in need.

International Charity Market 2025 in Prag – Ein Fest der Diplomatie, Kultur und Solidarität

Am Sonntag, den 16. November 2025, fand in Prag erneut einer der traditionsreichsten und beliebtesten internationalen Wohltätigkeitsmärkte statt: der International Charity Market, organisiert von der Diplomatic Spouses Association Prague (DSA Prague). Wie jedes Jahr diente das Hilton Hotel Prag als idealer Veranstaltungsort und bot einen würdigen Rahmen für dieses internationale und kulturell vielfältige Ereignis.

Zahlreiche Botschaften beteiligten sich an der Veranstaltung und präsentierten eine breite Auswahl an Produkten, die Unternehmen aus ihren Heimatländern gespendet hatten. Die Vielfalt reichte von kulinarischen Spezialitäten über Kunsthandwerk bis hin zu Büchern, Dekorationsartikeln und typischen Souvenirs. Der gesamte Erlös wurde wie immer für wohltätige Zwecke in der Tschechischen Republik verwendet – insbesondere für Projekte zugunsten sozial benachteiligter Kinder, Senioren und Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen.

Besondere Aufmerksamkeit erhielt dieses Jahr die Teilnahme der Schirmherrin des Events, Frau Eva Pavlová, Ehefrau des tschechischen Präsidenten. In ihrer Ansprache würdigte sie das langjährige Engagement der DSA Prague und betonte die Bedeutung internationaler Solidarität in einer Zeit weltweiter Herausforderungen. Ihre Anwesenheit verlieh der Veranstaltung besonderen Glanz und zog viele Besucher sowie Medienvertreter an.

Ergänzt wurde der Markt durch ein abwechslungsreiches kulturelles Rahmenprogramm. Tanzgruppen, Musiker, folkloristische Ensembles und moderne Performances boten Einblicke in die kulturelle Vielfalt der teilnehmenden Länder und machten den Markt zu einer lebendigen Reise rund um den Globus.

Der International Charity Market 2025 zeigte erneut, wie eng Diplomatie, Kultur und humanitäres Engagement miteinander verbunden sein können. Dank des Einsatzes zahlreicher Botschaften, ehrenamtlicher Helfer und großzügiger Besucher konnten erneut bedeutende Mittel für wohltätige Projekte gesammelt und ein starkes Zeichen für internationale Solidarität gesetzt werden.
