KDYŽ AKADEMICKÉ ŠPIČKY SPOLUPRACUJÍ A DISKUTUJÍ: ČESKO-IZRAELSKÝ WORKSHOP
Každá – spolupráce nás posunuje dál. Z téhle máme velkou radost. V těchto dnech totiž v Praze probíhá bienální workshop, pro něhož bylo v letošním roce vybráno téma „Law between State and History“. Workshop se pořádá ve spolupráci mezi Akademie věd České republiky a izraelskou Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities (IASH).

Ústředním tématem této mezioborové konference je téma transformace. Přednášející z různých společensko-vědních oborů budou diskutovat o různých podobách transformace společnosti, o roli národních států a o krizi myšlenek, na kterých stojí idea liberální demokracie.

Součástí izraelské delegace bude mimo jiné bývalá předsedkyně IASH prof. Nili Cohen nebo bývalý izraelský ministr spravedlivosti prof. Daniel Friedmann.

WHEN LEADERS IN THE FIELD OF ACADEMIA COOPERATE AND DISCUSS: CZECH-ISRAELI WORKSHOP
Each and every – cooperation moves us forward. We are very happy with this one. Currently, a biennial workshop is taking place in Prague, for which the topic “Law between State and History” was chosen as the main theme this year. The workshop is organized in cooperation between the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the Israeli Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities (IASH).

The central theme of this interdisciplinary conference is the topic of transformation. Lecturers from different fields will discuss various forms of transformation of society, the role of nation states and the crisis of ideas on which the idea of liberal democracy is based.

The Israeli delegation will include, among others, the former chairwoman of the IASH, prof. Nili Cohen or former Israeli Minister of Justice prof. Daniel Friedmann.
