The Embassy of Portugal in Prague reports that from today, July 12, Portugal will be included in the list of countries considered at high risk (red), due to increased case numbers of COVID-19. In this context , entry into the Czech Republic of passengers coming from Portugal is conditional on a PCR test with a negative result made at most 72 hr in advance and filling out the Passenger Location Form, available at: https://plf.uzis.cz/.
Upon arrival in the country, prophylactic isolation is mandatory for 5 days and a new PCR test after these 5 days of isolation. Passengers are dismissed from prophylactic isolation after the negative result of this second PCR test.
People completely vaccinated against COVID-19 at least 14 days ago who have European Certificate of Vaccination (with QR code) are exempt from PCR tests (prior to and after arrival in the Czech Republic) and prophylactic isolation after arrival in the Czech Republic. Same goes for people who have medical certificates (also with QR code) to prove the disease in the last 180 days.
