Sanctions significantly reduce Russia’s ability to murder innocent Ukrainians and produce weapons.

❌ The EU has sanctioned 108 entities and 1212 individuals. Sanctions on individuals consist of travel bans and asset freezes.

❌ Asset freezes mean that all accounts belonging to the listed persons and entities in EU banks are frozen.

❌ This ensures that their money can no longer be used to support the Russian regime nor can they try to find a safe haven in the EU.

❌ The list includes:

👉 Vladimir Putin
👉 Russia’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Sergey Lavrov
👉 oligarchs linked to the Kremlin
👉 351 members of the Russian State Duma
👉 members of the National Security Council
👉 local politicians such as the mayor of Moscow
👉 high-ranking officials and military personnel
👉 prominent businesspeople
