The President of the Republic, Miloš Zeman, sent a letter of condolence to the family of the deceased Ivana Trumpová.

Dear Donald, Dear Ivanka, Dear Eric,

I am deeply saddened to learn of your mother’s passing. Allow me to express my sincere condolences to you and your entire family and loved ones.

I have a lot of respect for Mrs. Ivana Trump. I like to remember our meetings together and the interesting, inspiring discussions we had at them. Your mother was not only an excellent athlete and a capable manager, but I also remember her as a kind and warm-hearted person. In addition, she remained a proud Czech who never forgot her homeland.

So please allow me once more to express my regret for the loss that has befallen you and all of us.
