The Romanian ambassador recalled the fraternity with the city of Arad and pleaded for the continuation of the exchange of experience at the level of local authorities, as well as cooperation for mutual participation in cultural-artistic events organized by Arad and Prague 5. He also evoked good cooperation with the local authorities from Prague 5 in organizing the Holiday of Romanians, an annual event that already has a tradition in the Czech capital.

Mayor Jaroslav Pašmik openly received proposals for cooperation, offering support including by hosting cultural events, especially contemporary art, in the exhibition spaces of Prague 5 City Hall.

It was received with interest and the holding, by Timisoara, of the title of European Capital of Culture, both in the perspective of the events that will take place in Timisoara and their promotion in Prague.
