BTR Consulting is strengthening its market position – it has entered into a partnership with SAY Property Consulting of Great Britain.
A major player in the field of rental housing – consultancy and management company BTR Consulting – is strengthening and expanding its operations in the UK. It has entered into a partnership with SAY Property Consulting with a london-based company. The content and purpose of this partnership is, in particular, to share the experience of markets in the countries where companies operate, to care for international clients in the field of investment in rental housing and to seek new opportunities across markets.
“Our partnership and close cooperation with Debra Yudolph and her company SAY Property Consulting is the result of our good cooperation and the logical consequence of trying to provide our clients not only the maximum knowledge and orientation on the Czech market, but also to bring them quality international expertise. We want to offer our services and care to both Czech and international clients, both when entering the Czech market and when expanding abroad. At the same time, we want to enrich our existing clients with experience abroad and thus increase the efficiency of their projects. Together with SAY, we will further improve our services, we can learn and inspire each other in many ways, and I believe we will find many intersections and carry out many joint projects,” explains Zuzana Chudoba, managing director and founder of BTR Consulting, on the closed partnership.

Susan and her team are building a leading consultancy in the emerging market and we are honoured to work with them. Together, we will work on projects ranging from student housing, to long-term rental housing, to co-living.”
Both companies plan to hold workshops focused on the design and vision of projects, their ESG, and they also want to do mystery shopping. They are currently working together to prepare a unique rental project of 20,000 sq m of rental space in Prague. They are preparing workshops and consultations with local and international investors focused on the concept and vision of the project.
BTR Consulting (Built to Rent Consulting), whose founder and managing director is Zuzana Chudoba, has been providing comprehensive advice and services in the area of institutional rental housing since 2021. It conducts market studies and feasibility studies, conducts financial modelling and acquisitions of rental projects, prepares rental development projects, leases, manages rental apartment buildings as well as comprehensively arranges rental apartments and takes care of tenants. Its clients include real estate residential funds, major developers and investors specializing in rental housing. The company is staffed by experts with more than 20 years of experience in the field of property development, Real Estate and property management, whose knowledge comes from both czech and foreign markets. BTR Consulting is a full member of the Rental Housing Association, where the founder of the company is also a member of the Presidium. The company is also a member of the Property Market Development Association.
