On the evening of 17 June 2026, the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CAMIC) celebrated both its traditional Summer Party and the 25th anniversary of the Chamber’s foundation. Held in the magnificent gardens and historic halls of Villa Richter, located beneath Prague Castle in the historic St. Wenceslas Vineyard, the event brought together nearly 300 members, business partners and institutional representatives for an evening dedicated to business, friendship and international cooperation.

The celebration was officially opened by Danilo Manghi, President of CAMIC, together with Karel Havlíček, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. Among the distinguished guests was H.E. Alessandro Gaudiano, Ambassador of Italy to the Czech Republic, together with representatives of government, parliament, diplomacy and the Czech-Italian business community.

Founded in 2001, CAMIC has developed into one of the Czech Republic’s leading bilateral business organizations. Over the past twenty-five years it has promoted trade, investment, innovation and institutional cooperation between Italy and the Czech Republic through conferences, trade missions, networking events and business services.

Italy remains one of the Czech Republic’s most important economic partners. Hundreds of Italian companies operate successfully in the Czech Republic, while Czech businesses continue expanding their activities in Italy. CAMIC has played an essential role in strengthening these commercial ties and encouraging new investment.

The anniversary celebration took place at Villa Richter, one of Prague’s most prestigious venues beneath Prague Castle. Located within the historic St. Wenceslas Vineyard, the venue offers spectacular panoramic views over the Czech capital and provides an elegant setting for diplomatic receptions and international business events.

Following the official speeches, guests enjoyed Italian and Czech cuisine, fine wines and informal networking in a relaxed summer atmosphere. As the evening progressed, the celebration highlighted not only twenty-five years of CAMIC’s achievements but also the enduring friendship and economic partnership between Italy and the Czech Republic.
