Embaixada de Portugal na República Checa

PT | Last week was marked by another working visit to Brno. Ambassador Luis de Almeida Sampaio, accompanied by his collaborators and @instituto_camoes_praga started the program with a trip to the famous Villa Tugendhat.
Built between 1929 and 1930 for Greta and Fritz Tugendhat (Jewish family persecuted by Nazism) by the hand of the renowned architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the Villa became a landscape icon in Brno and is classified as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site.
We would like to leave our gratitude to the team at @villatugendhat who kindly received us and prepared a tour with all rigor and professionalism!
