Event organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru and the USIL-Faculty of Hotel Administration, Tourism and Gastronomy in order to create a space for reflection on the future of Peruvian cuisine, its relevance and current role as a tool for the development of Peru.
There will be the participation of prominent representatives of the gastronomic and business sector of our country, as well as presentations on challenges, challenges and their projection at a business level in the world.
The event will end with a “Cooking Workshop with a live presentation of dishes representative of national cuisine and regional cuisines.
