The employment contract will be subject to the relevant provisions of the Czech tax and labor law.

The monthly gross salary will be €2,259 euro (gross).

Duties and responsibilities:

– Accounting duties (payments, money transfers, orders, maintaining accounting boos & records, preparation and monitoring of budget, VAT refunds, e.t.c.)

– General duties of secretarial and administrative assistant (record-keeping, archive / registry, phone calls, correspondence, use of the Diplomatic Mission’s telecommunication system, translations, e.t.c.)

– Any other duties related to the Diplomatic Mission’s work, as instructed by the Head of the Diplomatic Mission

Required Qualifications:

– High school graduation certificate

– Very good knowledge of the Czech language, both written and oral

– Very good Knowledge of the English language, both written and oral

– Very good computer skills and knowledge of IT Systems (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power

Point)

– Integrity of character, good judgement, initiative, responsibility, organizational skills, discretion

and reliability

– Clean criminal record will be required before recruitment

In addition to the above, it will be considered an advantage to have:

– Good knowledge of the Greek language

– Relevant experience

– University degree
