At the initiative of Slovenian language lecturer Mateja Kosi, Ambassador Tanja Strniša visited the Faculty of Philosophy of Masaryk University in Brno today, where she met with the Dean Dr. Irena Radovo, and the head of the Department of Slavistics dr. To Wenceslas Stepanek. She thanked the management of the faculty for the support of the study and the lecturer of Slovenian language, which contribute significantly to strengthening the Slovenian community in Brno and Slovenian-Czech cooperation.

In the conversation they also remembered the Slovenian dr. Mihajlo Rostohar, who 100 years ago, in 1922, started teaching at the Faculty of Philosophy of Masaryk University in Brno and three years later founded a department of psychology there.
