Embassy of the Netherlands in the Czech Republic

The first ship with a cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for Skupina ČEZ arrived at the terminal in Eemshaven, the Netherlands πŸ‡³πŸ‡±. Gaslog Georgetown tanker, that arrived from the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ, brought 170 thousand cubic meters of LNG. Such volume corresponds to 100 million cubic meters in the gaseous state. This tanker is the first of eight vessels that should arrive at the terminal to deliver LNG for the Czech Republic πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ώ this year. The other two should arrive in October.
This is what EU πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί cooperation is all about! Already more than 5% of Czech gas imports come from (or through) the Netherlands. With these shipments this will further increase!
