Interesting discussion took place between Ambassador Elchin Amirbayov, Assistantto the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan & the member of Foreign Affairs Committee of Chamber of Deputies of Czech Parliament Mr Jiří Kobza on several topics as 
inter-parliamentary relations, security issues in the South Caucasus as well as postconflict reconstruction work in the region.
