Embassy of Ukraine in Prague / Velvyslanectví Ukrajiny v Praze

From 8 to 11 October with a visit to Prague was the head of the Antimonopolʹnogo Committee of Ukraine Olga Pí 8ansʹka. Together with the delegation of Pí зanská participated in “European Competition Days 2022”.
In Prague, Olga Pishchansʹka held a number of bilateral meetings.
Margaret Vestager, Executive Vice-President of the European Commission/Competition Commissioner, discussed:
• reform of competitive legislation in accordance with EU norms and standards,
• support of reforms in Ukraine and the acquisition of the Antitrust Committee of Ukraine membership in the OECD Competition Committee.
With the head of the antitrust agency of the Czech Republic Peter Mlasnim:
• issues of bilateral cooperation and sharing experience,
• preparation for signing a memorandum of cooperation between agencies.
Olga Pishanskaya also met with temporary confidant Vitaliy Usat, with whom they discussed issues on the current state and prospects for the development of Ukrainian-Czech cooperation in the field of anticompetitive activities.

President of the Anti-Monopoly Authority of Ukraine Olha Piščanská participated in Prague international conference European Competition Day organized by the Office for the Protection of Economic Competition. In the Czech Republic, she also met with the Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Margrethe Vestager and the Chairman of the Office for Economic Competition of the Czech Republic Petr Mlsna, with whom they discussed support of reforms in Ukraine and the implementation of European regulations union to Ukrainian legislation.
The chargé d`affaires of the Embassy Vitalij Usatyj welcomed Mrs. President.
