In December 2025, the National Assembly of Liberland convened in Prague for a landmark moment in the young republic’s history. During a formal session at the Hotel Emblem Prague, the Constitution of Liberland was officially adopted and publicly read, marking a decisive step in the state’s institutional development.

The session was accompanied by a press conference of the Ministry of Justice and the Cabinet, outlining the fundamental pillars of the Constitution: strong protection of private property, individual sovereignty, voluntary governance structures, and the principle of a tax-free society.

President Vít Jedlička attended the assembly together with his elegant and good-looking First Lady, whose presence added a distinctly personal and representative dimension to the historic occasion.

Following the constitutional proceedings, guests gathered for the Liberland Christmas Party in the historic interiors of Hotel Emblem. A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Star of Merit, Liberland’s highest state award, to Hans-Hermann Hoppe, Stephan Kinsella, Libor Vondráček, and Alessandro Fusillo, honoring their outstanding intellectual and legal contributions to the Liberland project.

The combination of constitutional adoption and festive celebration symbolized both seriousness of purpose and optimism for Liberland’s future.

Im Dezember 2025 trat die Nationalversammlung von Liberland in Prag zu einer Sitzung von historischer Bedeutung zusammen. In den Räumlichkeiten des Hotel Emblem Prag wurde die Verfassung Liberlands offiziell beschlossen und öffentlich verlesen – ein entscheidender Schritt im institutionellen Aufbau der jungen Republik.

Begleitet wurde die Sitzung von einer Pressekonferenz des Justizministeriums und des Kabinetts, in der die zentralen Grundpfeiler der Verfassung vorgestellt wurden: der Schutz des Privateigentums, individuelle Souveränität, freiwillige staatliche Strukturen sowie das Konzept einer steuerfreien Gesellschaft.

An der Veranstaltung nahm auch Präsident Vít Jedlička gemeinsam mit seiner eleganten und gutaussehenden First Lady teil, deren Auftritt dem Ereignis eine besonders repräsentative und persönliche Note verlieh.

Im Anschluss an die formellen Beratungen fand im historischen Ambiente des Hotel Emblem die Liberland Christmas Party statt. Höhepunkt des Abends war die Verleihung des Star of Merit, der höchsten staatlichen Auszeichnung Liberlands, an Hans-Hermann Hoppe, Stephan Kinsella, Libor Vondráček und Alessandro Fusillo, die für ihre bedeutenden ideellen und rechtlichen Beiträge geehrt wurden.

Die Verbindung von Verfassungsbeschluss und Weihnachtsfeier unterstrich den Anspruch Liberlands, Ernsthaftigkeit, Internationalität und Zukunftsoptimismus miteinander zu verbinden.

V prosinci 2025 se v Praze uskutečnilo zasedání Národního shromáždění Liberlandu, které představovalo historický milník v dějinách tohoto mladého státu. V prostorách hotelu Emblem Prague byla oficiálně přijata a veřejně přečtena ústava Liberlandu.

Součástí programu byla tisková konference Ministerstva spravedlnosti a kabinetu, na níž byly představeny základní pilíře ústavy: ochrana soukromého vlastnictví, individuální suverenita, dobrovolné formy správy a princip společnosti bez daní.

Zasedání se zúčastnil také prezident Vít Jedlička spolu se svou elegantní a pohlednou první dámou, jejichž přítomnost dodala celé události slavnostní a osobní rozměr.

Po oficiální části následovala vánoční oslava Liberlandu v historických prostorách hotelu Emblem. Vrcholným okamžikem večera bylo udělení státního vyznamenání Star of Merit, nejvyššího ocenění Liberlandu, osobnostem Hans-Hermann Hoppe, Stephan Kinsella, Libor Vondráček a Alessandro Fusillo za jejich zásadní přínos k ideovým a právním základům Liberlandu.

Spojení přijetí ústavy a vánoční oslavy symbolizovalo vyspělost projektu Liberland a optimismus jeho mezinárodní komunity.
