bases. Such information could come in handy to Ukrainian DefenseMin. Rustem Umierov as he starts sending out conscription notices to Ukrainian men of military age who are flung across the globe. Inthe CR, security expert Daniel Koštoval is calling for reintroductionof required military service as a way to prepare for a potential waragainst Russia. He was first deputy defense minister in the govern-ment of Petr Nečas of ODS and is now reportedly being considered as the next ambassador to Moscow. If a future Czech government heeded his call and imposed a draft, how would it send notices to the 300,000-500,000 Czechs who are living abroad but whose where- abouts aren’t known by their government (8:37pm)?
