Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Will Host an International Ibero-American Conference
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic is preparing, in cooperation with the Embassies of Latin American countries, Spain and Portugal in Prague and the Cervantes and Camões cultural centers, as well as other institutions, the 3rd Ibero-American Week, from 13 to 19 May 2024. A number of cultural and social activities will take place during this week.
The main event of Ibero-American Week will be the international conference “Czechia and Iberoamerica – Facing Together the Challenges in the Globalized World”, which will take place in the Czernin Palace on May 14, 2024. Minister of the Foreign Affairs Jan Lipavský will open the conference, other speakers will include representatives of Ibero-American countries and EU institutions.
