New Prague Trojans overcome disadvantage to win

The New Prague Trojans lagged behind ahead of the third period in their road game against the Waconia Wildcats.

But the team overcame the odds to win 5-1.

The Trojans first took the lead late in the second period, with a goal from Will Seymour, assisted by Connor Williams.

The Trojans increased the lead to 2-0 early in the third period when Will Seymour found the back of the net again.

Sean Christenson made it 3-0 seven minutes later, assisted by Will Seymour and Connor Williams.

Cade Borwege also increased the lead to 4-0 two minutes later, assisted by Sean Christenson and AJ Weber.

Will Seymour then made it 5-0 one minute later, assisted by Connor Williams.

Next games:

Both teams play on Sunday, with the Wildcats hosting the Orioles at 2 p.m. CST at Waconia Ice Arena, and the Trojans playing the Jaguars at 3 p.m. CST at Bloomington Ice Garden.
