Rudolfinum Gallery at Prague Castle Transforms into Exclusive Business Communication Training Center

On Thursday, October 12th, the Rudolfinum Gallery at Prague Castle will be transformed into an exclusive training center, where business professionals holding tickets ranging from 17,000 to 228,000 Czech koruna will have the opportunity to delve into the secrets of successful communication. The conference, titled “Klíč komunikace” (Key of Communication), is organized by the Empiria 21 Business Club and boasts a remarkable lineup of speakers.

The Empiria 21 Business Club has rented the Rudolfinum Gallery and the Široká Chodba from the Prague Castle Administration for a fee of 225,000 Czech koruna, excluding VAT. Following the conference, tickets are available at varying price levels: 17,000 (silver), 23,000 (gold), 30,000 (gold plus), 49,000 (VIP), and 228,000 Czech koruna (VIP diamond).

This high-profile event promises attendees the opportunity to gain insights into understanding people, interpreting nonverbal communication signals, enhancing relationship quality, and acquiring new knowledge and skills. Participants will improve their negotiation and conflict resolution abilities and learn to read people like the most renowned FBI agents and diplomats. It also offers valuable networking opportunities with influential individuals.

The conference is expected to have a maximum attendance of 300 people, as stipulated in the contract between the Prague Castle Administration and Empiria 21.

A significant highlight of the event will be a thirty-minute speech by Chancellor Jana Vohralíková, who will share her insights into the secrets of high-level negotiations and her hopes for a better future.

Chancellor Vohralíková’s involvement in the event is notable, given her longstanding relationship with the organizers. A photo of her alongside Lucie Libovická, the executive director of Empiria 21, and Radim Pařík, one of the speakers, was taken five months ago during a toast at the World Book Festival. Libovická shared the photo on LinkedIn along with an invitation to the event at Prague Castle.

When questioned about her decision to speak for free while ticket prices range from 17,000 to 228,000 Czech koruna, Vohralíková responded, “Why wouldn’t I speak? I am neither a lecturer nor a negotiator.” She downplayed her role as the main attraction, emphasizing that Joe Navarra, the former U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation agent, is the true star of the event. Following her speech, Navarra will deliver a lecture on the secrets of body language.

The event will continue with discussions on handling egos, led by Pařík, the president of the Negotiators Association. Attendees will also have the opportunity to receive personalized training. Following these sessions, the program for silver, gold, and gold-plus ticket holders will conclude, allowing them to return home before 5 p.m.

VIP and VIP diamond ticket holders will enjoy an evening with celebrities and personalities. VIP diamond ticket holders will also receive a ticket to a two-day conference in Zurich, complete with luxury private air transportation.

Ticket prices include name tags, writing materials, refreshments, a “luxury gift,” and a bottle of wine. There will also be discounts on books by Joe Navarra, with VIP ticket holders receiving a dedicated book.

The Prague Castle will provide various services, including cleaning, security, technical support, electrical and plumbing assistance, as well as cloakroom attendants, chairs, tables, and podiums. The organizers will cover the expenses separately.

While the Prague Castle chancellor has not responded to inquiries, David Šikula, a spokesperson for the Negotiators Association, confirmed that around 200 tickets have been sold across all ticket categories, including the most expensive one that includes the Zurich trip.

The Empiria 21 Business Club, established in October 2014, is led by executives Lucie Libovická and Vít Libovický, with headquarters located in Horní Jirčany near Jesenice u Prahy.

The event showcases the demand for high-quality training and networking opportunities among business professionals, offering unique insights and perspectives on communication and negotiation.
