Sunny Weekend Ahead with Below-Average Temperatures

The weekend forecast promises plenty of sunshine with up to 15 hours of sunlight; however, summer temperatures are unlikely to grace the region due to a cold northern airflow. As a result, afternoon highs will remain below 25°C, and isolated ground frosts may occur in the mornings, according to meteorologist Dagmar Honsová.

Thursday will see prevailing clear to partly cloudy skies, with slightly more cloudiness and the possibility of isolated showers in the northeast. Daytime temperatures are expected to range between 18 and 22°C.

Friday will continue with clear to partly cloudy conditions, although transiently increased cloudiness may bring occasional showers to the mountains. Morning temperatures will dip to 9 to 5°C, while daytime highs will rise to 18 to 22°C.

The return of the warm weather experienced in previous days is not expected until mid-June, as indicated by the weather forecast.

Saturday will maintain clear to partly cloudy skies. The morning will bring the lowest temperatures of the weekend, ranging from 7 to 3°C, with a chance of isolated ground frosts. During the day, temperatures will reach 17 to 21°C.

Sunday will see no significant changes, with morning lows remaining between 7 and 3°C and the potential for isolated ground frosts. Daytime temperatures are forecasted to reach 19 to 23°C under clear to partly cloudy skies.

Looking ahead to Monday, the weather will be mostly clear to partly cloudy, but transiently increased cloudiness may lead to isolated showers or thunderstorms during the day. Morning temperatures will range from 9 to 5°C, while afternoon highs will reach 20 to 24°C.

The outlook for Tuesday and Wednesday indicates partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with a possibility of isolated showers or thunderstorms. Morning temperatures are expected to drop to 10 to 6°C, while daytime temperatures will range from 19 to 23°C.

As the weekend approaches, individuals should prepare for sunny conditions but remember to dress accordingly for cooler temperatures.
