The band Olympic begins to celebrate 60 years.

Olympic celebrates 60 years on the scene next year. It will release a deluxe vinyl box set, postage stamps, its songs will be performed in a new musical, fans will be able to hear them live on a special tour and it will all be crowned by a video for a reworked version of the hit “Train that never stops”.
Sixty years equals sixty songs on five different coloured vinyls. Each of the strictly limited number of cardboard boxes also includes a photo book in LP format, five signature cards, a historical and contemporary poster, a detailed history of the band in a booklet and a transcription of the sound in Hi-Res.Olympic has christened the 5LP box in Prague’s Malostranská sloveda, whose godfather is the former football player Antonín Panenka.
The concert series Respect Tour Olympic 60 – The Train That Doesn’t Stop Anywhere will take place throughout the Czech and Slovak Republics after two stops in the legendary Prague hall. The new 5LP box, from which the songs will be played at the anniversary concerts, is called Olympic 60 and contains sixty of the band’s essential songs.
Last but not least, the band has inspired Prague’s Broadway Theatre to stage a new show, Okno mé lásky. Original recordings of the musical will be released on 2CD and 1LP.
