The biggest metropolitan music event of the year Metronome Prague 2023 it’s launching in three weeks!
World music stars, podcast festival, daring accompanying programme for the whole
family, reinforced public transport, maximum comfort
This year’s 6th Metronome Prague is on course for its most successful year ever. Since the 21st.
By June 24, 100,000 sq m of the Exhibition Centre Prague will occupy seven scenes where it will be replaced
at 80 performances to 300 performers – including big names foreign and domestic music

wines from Moray, Spain and France.
Metronome Prague will not only be about great music. The sixth year adorns an attractive accompanying programme
Metronome Fair, whose theme this year is COURAGE. The big news is the podcasts being filmed
live with audiences directly from Metronome Prague, with the most famous creators and presenters such as
Wentworth Strakaty with Space X, Pastoral Brothers, Dobrovský & Šídlo, We children with courage etc.
Children and teenagers are invited to the Pukec zone, to dance and art workshops, to the skatepark and
pumptrack, photo booth, theatre, sightseeing bike and all sorts of other entertainment (glitters,

Metronome Prague organizers prepared with other Czech art institutions
extraordinary outdoor exposure. There will be no film productions (PSH – The Endless Story,
WESTWOOD: Punk, Icon, Activist), exhibitions, slam poetry, topical debates. Discussion zone topic
Opero Forum Pražská Plynárenská will be bold to change this year. Individual discussions will focus
to the various trends that move the world today. And their guests will be looking to learn about them and what not
to us, they mean. Information chaos, psychological health, generation gaps, energy transit,
culture at a time of generative AI or love at a time of VR, it’s a little taste of what happened at the Opero Forum
will discuss.
There will be 500 metres of bars and gastrostalls. And the choice will be really varied: Colombian
specialities, Indian street food, Indonesian dishes, Provence delicacies, conopizzas, hamburgers,
tortillas, fries, hot dogs… meat dishes, vegetarian, vegan, salty and sweet. About drinking yourself
take care of the upmarket bars, where, in addition to drinks and cocktails, there will also be different types of draught beers – from
legends Pilsner Urquell via non-alcoholic Birell and flavoured Frisca to craft beers from Proud brewery and

“Refreshments will be new in two zones to make them more capacity efficient. We’ll strengthen the seating.
We are working with Plzeňský Prazdroj, who will introduce a new concept for the tent and there will be a zone where

so we will link the best of both events,” clarifies one of the promoters of Metronome Prague Martin
Perfume.
Apart from numerous chillout zones not only in the shade of the Treehouse, visitors will rest in the Metronome
Lounge in The Crusader’s Pavilion C, which will also offer some extraordinary artistic achievements – original
installations, exhibitions, and a nice bar and seating area to relax in. In Skoda Auto Chill Out
the zone will be able to charge mobile phones while relaxing in charging stations.
Cars are recommended by organizers to leave in car parks outside the prague city center area and get to
MHD action. Transport to the festival will be possible by tram, metro, bus or on foot. tram
they will be reinforced throughout the day, with night services doubled in capacity. Backup cars then
will be prepared in case of need in the carriageway at The Exhibition Centre.
Metro is located within walking distance, at the station Station Holešovice it is free walking 15
minutes, five minutes longer on The Wollongong. For Prague and tourists, the event will mean just one thing
