Minister Lipavský Will Attend the C5 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Ljubljana
The Slovenian capital will host a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the C5 countries (Central 5) on Tuesday, 26 March 2024. Representatives of the Czechia, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia will gather at Ljubljana Castle.
The main topics of the meeting will be the enlargement of the European Union and the streamlining of its internal processes. Jan Lipavský, Péter Szijjártó, Alexander Schallenberg, Juraj Blanár and Tanja Fajon will also discuss Russian aggression against Ukraine and measures against illegal migration. During the working lunch, the five politicians will be joined by their Montenegrin counterpart Đorđe Radulović. With him, the ministers will discuss how to support the Western Balkan countries on their way to the EU.
