The opening ceremony of the Days of Francophone took place at the French Institute in Prague. Ambassadors and diplomats from member countries, associates or observer of the International Francophone Organization, but also lovers of Francophone culture attended this event. The ceremony opened with a welcome greeting from French Ambassador Alexis Dutertre. His speech went on with the screening of four short films, one of which a Cesar Prize winner for this genre in 2023. The Francophone evening ended under the sounds of French music, with a cocktail of foods and drinks offered by participating countries, including Albania and Kosovo, which had their corner with foods and wines selected from Albanian lands.
