Aon names Michal Jursa to top role in Czech Republic

Aon has named Michal Jursa as its new CEO for its Commercial Risk Solutions divisions in the Czech Republic.

Jursa is taking on his role following thirteen years at UniCredit where he was, most recently, executive director and managing director of UniCredit Fleet Management in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He has also held various roles at companies including ING Bank N.V., Komerční banka, and Wood & Company Financial Services

Vlad Bobko, CEO of Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East for Aon’s Commercial Risk Solutions, said: “We are pleased to welcome Michal to Aon. With more than 13 years of leadership experience, he brings a strong focus on colleagues and clients and a successful track record in business development.”

He added: “Michal’s strategic expertise will be a great addition to our team as we continue to help clients make better decisions in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.”

In addition to his new role, Jursa was also named as a member of the board of directors for Aon Central and Eastern Europe.
