Czech developer RC Europe gets building permit for 75 mln euro logistics centre in Croatia
Czech developer RC Europe has announced that it has been granted a building permit to construct a 75 million euro distribution and logistics center in Samobor, Croatia. The center will feature 86,000 square meters of warehousing space and will have a net height of 12 meters.
The center is expected to open in 2024 and will create several hundred jobs. RC Europe currently operates in the Czech Republic, Romania, and Serbia.
