There was also an exchange of views on the necessity to coordinate the efforts of state authorities and local self-government on establishing effective bilateral cooperation, in particular in the framework of the rebuilding of Ukraine. In this context, Vitaliy Usaty noted the importance of further development of interregional cooperation and signing memorandums of cooperation between Ukrainian and Czech regions and cities.
