Our Ambassador H.E. Egemen Bağış signed the condolence book opened at the Embassy of Finland in Prague for the former President of Finland and Nobel Peace Prize laureate H.E. Martti Ahtisaari, one of the true friends of Türkiye’s European Union process, and conveyed his condolences of our state and nation to his Finnish colleague H.E. Pasi Tuominen.

We will never forget the friendship shown to our country by H.E. Ahtisaari, a tremendously experienced diplomat and respected statesman.

We send our condolences to his family, the people of Finland and all his loved ones.
